OD Reports not updated

Hi,
I am working on reports in OpenDeploy. I reporting server is not updating the Hypersoninc DB.
I came across to a suport article https://support.interwoven.com/kb/kb_show_article2.asp?ArticleID=56661
which says this problem would be corruption of default DB for the base.
and suggested to do following steps:
1. stop OD base service.
2. delete openjms.db.* from DB directory
3. run jmsconfig.xml under etc dir.-------which should return the result "Successfully created tables"
4. restart the OD service.


Can anybody please tell me how to run the openjms.xml?

Plese let me know its very urgent. as I have deleted openjms.db.*
(parmanatly deleted so no way to recover)

Parag - try pointing it away from the Hypersonic DB.
Point it to a SQL Server DB. You can use the same schema as you use for DD. Just read up on what tables need to be created for it to function properly. The HyperSonic Database is not the best option.

In case you are having difficulty configuring the jmsconfig file, refer to the file you are using for the event subsystem. They seem to be pretty similar. The config for your Event Subsystem might be pointing to another DB.

Then run the OD services as per the KB article
