Import Error

TS Version - 6.1
While trying to import a file user is getting "java.lang.NoSuchMethod Error". User was able to import it previously, but all of a sudden this error started coming.
Anybody has any clue, plz help.

Hope you are using jre 1.4.xx or lesser version. Also IE 7.0 is not tested for TS 6.1.
We had a similar issue in the past and support team suggested to remove higher versions of jre from the client.

Please provide your JRE version, browser details and also a screen shot as what exactly user is getting?

Please note that IWOV has declared EOS (end of support) for TS 6.1 so upgrade your server to latest version.
