can do session tracking in workflow?
I want to get the user name who logs into the team site. I want to create a job making him as the owner of the task

Sounds like you're just getting started and trying to jump into workflow without going through the tutorial or reading the manual. Your posts are way too vague to make it possible for people to really help you out. You might consider having your company send you to Interwoven's workflow training. There is an easy way to make the creator of a job the owner of certain tasks, but I have a feeling if I was to tell you how do do that, you wouldn't understand what I was talking about. Get some training.
