Visual formatter error

Hi,
I am facing issue, while loading the visual formatter.

Its not opening.

TS 6.7.1

Please guide me asap.

You have anti-phishing software or windows firewall software preventing the install.

You can allow it from the firewall or just provide the URL directly to your users (or even the .exe)

You won't be able to install visualformat on firefox since it installs an activex component. You'll need to use Internet Explorer to use with visualformat.
If you are on TS 6.7.1, you can try using tinymce instead.

Try adding the site to your list of trusted sites in IE. Currently, IE security is preventing the automatic installation.

For Firefox, you'll need to download and run the visualformatclient.exe installation.
