Logon Failed: Security initialization failed

Hi,

I found this error "Logon Failed: Security initialization failed" on the Audit Log. And in the user column it was null. How to find how out what triggered this?

MBP.Log has this entry:
ERROR: ConnId:4 Request:LogonRequest Reason:The user logon failed. The user name or password may be invalid for the specified domain

Env: MediaBin 4.5.2, Windows 2003

We are using Teamsite 6.7.1 and ECM 1.1 to connect MB. Those logins are working fine.

IN all probability someone just mistyped their password. Because it is a common error for people to accidentally type their password into the username field, it is generally accepted practice not to log the incorrect information when a logon failure occurs.
