Hi,
Some Image Extracted fields not coming correctly in Opentext Media Manager 7.2 after importing. This happened only for certain image .tiff files, when we downloaded and checked in the same file again then the image extracted fields are coming correctly.
Can you please let us know the reason or possible cause for this since quite a few assets were affected by this to avoid this in furture.
