Where is Tomcat config GUI as per install instructions Fig 1.1

HFCDev

Can anyone tell me where the Tomcat GUI is that is referenced in the installation guide (the first thing we have to do is set some Java settings there)? I've searched high and low for it and can't find any reference to it anywhere else but here but I'm not sure what it is. I'm using Tomcat 7.053

You can find it on Windows here: <tomcat installation dir>/bin/tomcat7w.exe

On UNIX i think you set them in the CATALINA_OPTS environment variable.
