task transition comments box

We have 2 user tasks. When the user selects the task to transition to the next task, a task transition box pop-up appears.
Is it possible to
1) totally disable the pop-up from appearing at all.
2) customize this form - text, etc.

I'm pretty sure you can do neither.

Back in February or so, someone asked the following:

Hello,
is there a way to remove the pop-up window for task transition comments from one of our workflows? (We have TeamSite version 4.5.1 for Solaris)

And he replied to his own post with the following:

Since I didn't get any replies on this, I asked Interwoven Support. They say there's no way to turn the Transition Comments box off. However, it has been posted as a Feature request, so we'll have to see what happens ;-)
