When attempting to enter the CS URL using llisapi.dll link the test fails?

Tried the link using the cgi and it works. Tried login in with browser from same server using llisapi.dll and that also worked.

Note: Using External OTDS not that it matters.

Are you trying to test the CS URL fom the AppWorks Gateway > Settings > Content Server URL?
I tested with llisapi.dll, it works for mine.
