I've uploaded a file here that breaks out how to use a Process Model to build a strong Process Architecture. This is a good standard and reference to use when setting up your Domain > Process > Activity structure.
Please discuss your approach to process modeling here, and the way that you've categorized different high level processes. The right approach really helps orient and build consensus.
