How to Unfinalize a Model

Issue

• A model or notebook has been finalized. How can it be "unfinalized?"

Resolution

1. In ProVision, check out the model or notebook as the admin user.
2. Open it, right-click, and select View --> Audit. Uncheck the box for This object has been finalized. and click OK.
3. Save the file and check it back into Knowledge Exchange as the admin user. This will allow other users to check out and modify the notebook or model until it is ready to be finalized.
