Renaming the Subject of a Model

Issue

• How do I rename the subject of a model?

Resolution

• Subjects of models are objects and can be renamed as follows:
• 1. Open the notebook containing the model.
  2. Expand the Model Inventory in the Index Bar. (All expansions can be done by clicking the plus (+) sign.)
  3. Expand the Modeler type where your model exists.
  4. Expand the model.
  5. Expand the Subject.
  6. Double click on the object listed beneath Subject to launch the details dialog.
  7. Remove the old name listed under Name: and enter the new name.
  8. Click Ok.

• Note that you cannot change the object type of the model.
