Issue
When trying to submit a form, a user gets the message Failed to invoke action. An error similar to the following is written to the Windows application event log:
'-2147467259' Description: 'ORA-24801: illegal parameter value in OCI lob function' Source: 'OraOLEDB' SQL State: '' NativeErrorCode: '24801'
Resolution
- Make sure you are using the correct Oracle ODBC and OLEDB drivers. For Metastorm BPM versions 7.5.1, 7.6.0, 7.6.1, and 7.6.2, check KB 3525. For all other versions, consult the relevant Supported Environments document.
