Issue
- A GroupWise user (User A) has the e-Work client installed on their workstation. From this workstation, User A logs in to User B's mail account as User B. User B's workstation does not have the e-Work client installed. When User B accesses their GroupWise account, User A's e-Work alert list is present.
Resolution
- This is a known issue. The workaround is for a user to log out of e-Work prior to accessing another user's GroupWise account as a proxy.
