Issue
A map should not contain map segments that have the same stage name. For example, a map should not contain map segments that contain more then 1 stage named Manager, even if the actions available to the stages are different. Actions from the incorrect map segment may be made available to users. No error messages are generated.
Previous versions of the Process Designer would generate an error when validating the procedure and fail to publish if a map contained map segments with duplicate stage names.
