Issue
- The date in an e-mail sent by the Metastorm Engine is not displayed in UK date format, dd/mm/yyyy, even though the server is configured with the regional setting English (United Kingdom).
Resolution
- The regional setting must be configured for the user account under which the Engine service is running. Log on to the Engine server as this user, change the regional setting to English (United Kingdom), and then restart the server.
