Resolution
- This is a known documentation issue.
These variables are placeholders for future use. When the engine is started a database lookup is performed against the eServer table. One of the columns queried is eServerName, and this value is cached by the engine.
%System.Name: This is the cached server name described above (eServer.eServerName).
%ServerName: When a folder is created by e-Work, a new row is inserted into eFolder. The value used for the eServerName column is the cached server name, and this is the folder value reference by %ServerName.
