Issue
The Auto-forward folders to feature of a System stage is used to forward folders to a map segment. However, when the folder reaches the archive stage of the map segment, it stays there and does not return to the main map. A message similar to the following is written to the Windows application event log:
An auto forward to operation has resolved to a loopback action to prevent this the "auto forward to" operation at stage has been aborted.
Resolution
- Do not auto-forward folders directly into a map segment. When this is done, no return stage is set up. As a result, when the folder reaches an archive stage in the map segment, the Process Engine does not know where the folder should return to.
