Issue
After upgrading to Metastorm BPM version 7.5, a call to a web service fails when using a script built with the Web Service Import Wizard in a previous version. An error message similar to the following is generated:
Unable to execute specified script. Reason 'Error(-2146827859) : ActiveX component can't create object: 'MetSoapMapper.DataMapper', at line 9, character 0. Source: Unavailable.' Procedure Script call failed. Position: 696
Resolution
Copy the file MetSoapMapper.dll into the Common directory here: :\\Program Files\\Metastorm e-Work\\Common
This file can be found on the Metastorm BPM Version 7.5 DVD or download at Metastorm BPM Core\\program files\\Metastorm BPM\\Common, or it can be copied from a CD of a previous version of the product.
Register the file using regsvr32.exe.
