Issue
A text field whose name contains 21 characters or more cannot have its field usage changed at an action.
For example, a text field named thisfieldcontains29characters is added to a form. At an action, the form tab is selected in the Designer. The field's usage is changed to required. When focus is moved from the action and then returned, the usage will have been changed back to optional. This does not depend on the default action usage for the field on the form itself.
