Issue
- OCE (Open Catalog Extension) files are published and reports are deployed, but they are not connecting to the database.
Resolution
Check the configuration against the Reports section of the Metastorm Insight Installation Guide.
Go to the Data Access Service (DAS) properties. On the Data Source tab, check the value for Server/File. If you're using Oracle, try specifying the Oracle System ID (SID) in this column.
