Issue
- How can Web Services Activator (WSA) calls be made using basic authentication or IWA? When the Process Engine makes the call, Web Services Enhancements (WSE) excepted, there is no means of passing the authentication method with the call.
Resolution
- Only anonymous authentication can be used with the native functionality of the Web Services Activator. However, the attached document describes a workaround to enable basic authentication. The attached zip file contains a working solution as described in the document.
