Issue
When running the e-Work 6.5 mail client upgrade from a command line (silent installation), the following error is generated:
"Another version of this product is already installed. Installation of this version cannot continue. To configure or remove the existing version of this product, use Add/Remove Programs on the Control Panel"
Resolution
For a silent update of the mail clients, use the following at the command line:
"Metastorme-Work6.5MailClients.exe /s /v"/qn REINSTALLMODE=voums REINSTALL=ALL /Livecpaurw %TEMP%\\e-Work6.5MCSetupLog.txt"
