Issue
- When using external HTML or PDF forms with the Win32 clients (Outlook or GroupWise), the forms are not rendered properly. This occurs whether or not the option to "Open forms with Internet Explorer" is selected.
Resolution
- External forms are only supported for use with the web client (browser).
