Issue
- After logging in to the Administrative Tools and selecting Roles, a user clicks on Check Roles, Roles Without Users, or Undefined Roles. When OK is clicked on the popup window that is brought up, nothing happens.
Resolution
- Active Scripting must be enabled in the browser. Go to Tools --> Internet Options --> Security --> Trusted sites --> Custom Level... --> Scripting --> Active scripting. Select Enabled. Do the same thing for the Internet Zone.
