List Maintenance Procedure Fails to Move Folders

Issue
- Using the 'Move' button in the Administrative Procedure 'List Maintenance' does not delete or copy the folder as expected.
Resolution
- Replace the existing copy of List Maintenance.epc with the revised version that can be found here.
