Error Message When Computer Set to Hibernate

Issue

• A user is logged on to e-Work with the GroupWise client and Notify. After the user's computer has been inactive for 20 minutes, the following error message appears on the screen:

  "Access violation at address 022A8CD0 in module 'eRequestBroker.dll'. Read of address 00000000 Failed to set configuration."

  Clicking 'OK' on the error message enables the user to continue without a problem.

Resolution

• The computer was set to 'hibernate' after 20 minutes and was losing network connectivity.

  Disable hibernation, increase the time of inactivity before hibernation is activated, or accept the error messages and click 'OK' to continue.
