Issue
- When trying to access e-Work through a web browser, 'HTTP 404 - File not found' is displayed.
Resolution
- Using the Internet Information Services Manager, check the properties for the 'escripts' virtual directory and ensure that 'Execute Permissions' is set to 'Scripts and Executables'.
- If the e-Work web extensions are installed on a server running Windows Server 2003, check the e-Work Installation Guide for additional configuration settings that are required for this operating system.
- If using Windows Single Sign-On (SSO) on Windows Server 2003, ensure that Active Server Pages are allowed. Using the Internet Information Services Manager, go to 'Web Service Extensions'. Select 'Active Server Pages' and click 'Allow'.
