e-Work Engine Service Not Installed

Issue

• When installing e-Work, an Engine account that contains a space in the name causes the e-Work Engine service not to be installed. No errors or warnings are generated.

  E.g. "e Work" will fail, but "eWork" will allow the service to be installed.

Resolution

• If the e-Work Engine is installed as a service, do not use an account that contains a space in the name.
