Issue
When trying to access e-Work through a browser, the user is presented with an error message similar to one of the following:
Unspecified error in URL: /elist.ashx Requested registry access is not allowed.
Action canceled
Internal Server Error 500
Exception: EOleSysError
Message: OLE error 8013150A
Resolution
- Check HKEY\_LOCAL\_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Metastorm\\e-work\\Web Interface\\Ver 6.0.0 in the registry of the server hosting the e-Work web components. Make sure the group Users has read permission for this key.
