1 is Null or Not an Object

Issue

• When the client and Engine are in different time zones, attempting to access or refresh a grid that contains a date/time field generates the error "'1' is null or not an object".

Resolution

1. Verify that the column type is correct for each column in the grid. In particular, verify that 'DateTime' column types actually contain datetime values.
2. If e-Work 6.2 is installed, install e-Work 6.2.0.7 or later
