- Can one change the format of e-mail sent by the Process Engine when 'Deliver alerts via e-mail' is enabled?
Resolution
- No, at this time the format cannot be changed. See kb632 for a problem associated with 'Deliver alerts via e-mail' when used with e-Work 6.6.2.
