Issue
- A grid on a form is rendered without data. Selecting View Source for the page reveals the expected contents of the grid - i.e., the contents have been sent to the browser, they just aren't being displayed.
Resolution
This is a result of using the wrong version of the Microsoft XML parser. The supported versions of Internet Explorer and MDAC should install the correct version of the parser, but 3rd-party software has been known to affect the version of the parser that is used. Ensure that MSXML parser 3 (msxml3.dll) or later is being used by Internet Explorer.
