Issue

• An error message similar to the following is seen when using the Metastorm Process Activator with Oracle:

  Error loading maps from the process metadata service.
  ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
  PLS-00201: identifier 'ESP\_GET\_AVAILABLE\_MAPS' must be declared
  ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
  PL/SQL: Statement ignored

Resolution

• Run the following stored procedures as specified in the Metastorm BPM Installation Guide:

  ProcessMetadataPackage.sql
  ProcessMetadataProcedures.sql
