Issue
A folder is selected for editing in the Administrative Tools. After changing or adding the category, subject, or priority, the user receives the following pop-up error message after clicking the Update icon.:
Incorrect syntax near the keyword "WHERE".
No error messages are logged in the eLog table or Windows event logs.
This behavior is seen with SQL Server only.
