Resolution
For the first error, use the document Using Metastorm BPM with Outlook to configure the connection to the Services List.
For the second error, the Metastorm Outlook client has attempted to create the file Offline.MDB in the directory C:\\Program Files\\Microsoft Office\\OFFICE11. If the user logged on to the machine does not have write access to this directory, and the file is not yet present, the error listed above will be generated. The resolution is to ensure that the file has been created before any users with insufficient privileges to the Office directory attempt to open Outlook. This can be done by having a local administrator open Outlook first or by copying the file to the directory from another machine.
