Issue
When trying to submit a form, a user receives an error similar to the following:
Failed to execute 'Action 1'.
The partner transaction manager has disabled its support for remote/network transactions. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8004D025)
Resolution
- When the Metastorm BPM Process Engine and the database repository are on separate servers, MSDTC (Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator) must be enabled on each server. See the Metastorm BPM Version 9.0 Installation Guide for more information.
