Issue
- When trying to access e-Work when Single Sign-On (SSO) has been configured on Windows Server 2003, a user is presented with either 'The page cannot be found' message (HTTP Error 404 - File or directory not found.) or the login screen, depending on the authentication scripts used and their order.
Resolution
- In Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager on the web server, go to Web Service Extensions and ensure that Active Server Pages are allowed.
