Issue
- When trying to access Metastorm BPM in a web browser, the user is presented with 2 login screens.
Resolution
This may be a network configuration issue. Try using the web server's IP address instead of the machine name in the URL field.
If the Metastorm BPM URL is being accessed through a bookmark, delete the bookmark and recreate it.
