Issue
When attempting to log in to e-Work, the user gets a screen that says Failed to login instead of the login screen.
The message An error occurred during user authentication is written to the Designer log under Failed logins.
The message Unable to access attachment: authproc.xml , owned by: oa, type: 1 may be written to the Windows event log.
Resolution
Add the euser.js authentication script using the e-Work System Administrator.
Go to Metastorm e-Work Authentication and connect to the database. Then go to Authentication Process --> Default Process. Right-click on Default Process and select Add Script File. The script file can be found here: :\\Program Files\\Metastorm e-Work\\Engine\\Authentication
