Issue
A sub-process contains a comment field, and a process contains a comment field. If the sub-process is added to the process, validation fails with an error similar to the following:
Stage name 'Comment1' must be unique within the scope of a process and any sub-process referenced by the process
Resolution
This is a known issue.
The first comment field added to a process or sub-process is named Comment1, the second is named Comment2, etc. If the same field name is present for the process and sub-process, validation will fail with the above error.
A workaround is to add comment fields until a unique name is used and then delete the others.
