Issue
- Public Access (PA) is configured, and the public can access and submit blank forms. However, when trying to access a folder, they are presented with a login screen.
Resolution
- If a PA license has been purchased and PA configured, you can provide anonymous access to Metastorm BPM blank forms. However, only the blank form URLs are available using PA. Anonymous access to specific folders, or To Do or Watch lists, is not possible.
