Issues Resolved by This Hotfix
- Fields on a form are made optional when a form is renamed.
- If the Action.UserForm property is updated, the field usage for an action is cleared.
- Flags are not always shown in the property "Flag used to invoke this action" for flagged actions.
- The "Raise flag" drop-down doesn't list flags owned by map segments used by a map.
- If a 6.5 procedure is opened, and the procedure raises flags not owned by the selected map, a map segment that it uses, or Common, then the flag is removed from the "Raise flag" drop-down in the action's properties, without informing the user.
