Issue
- As documented in the Administration Guide, the Metastorm System Administrator is used to enable event logging to a file. After this is configured, Process Engine events are no longer written to the Windows event log, which is as documented. However, the data written to the log file is not readable.
Resolution
- This is a known issue. The only workaround is to not log events to a separate file.
