Error Upgrading from e-Work 6.1.2.4 to 6.2

Issue
When upgrading e-Work 6.1.2.4 to e-Work 6.2, the following Windows Installer error message is displayed:
"The upgrade patch cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be upgraded may be missing, or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct upgrade patch."
Resolution
Before running the Release 6.2 update:
Delete the following registry key: HKEY\_LOCAL\_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Classes\\Installer\\Products\\B3182C57E07A68640A379EF7BA9FA8A2\\Patches
Verify that the following registry key has also been deleted automatically (delete it manually if it hasn't): HKEY\_CLASSES\_ROOT\\Installer\\Products\\B3182C57E07A68640A379EF7BA9FA8A2\\Patches
- Run the e-Work 6.2 update.
- NOTE: You do not need to delete these keys if you are upgrading from e-Work 6.1.2.3 or earlier.
