Issue
If Single Sign-On is configured, the following message is generated when trying to open a blank form or administration form with the Win32 client configured to use web forms:
Failed to invoke action
Message: < \[esp\_creation\_action\] > : The action ' New user ' could not be performed for the map ' undefined ', as the map does not exist.
Message: Failed to invoke action.
The following is written to the Windows application event log:
< \[esp\_creation\_action\] > : Unable to perform the action ' undefined ' for map '%3'. The requested map does not exist.
