Issue
- When the e-Work scripts eWorkProcedures.sql and eWorkPackage.sql are pasted into SQL Plus, they fail to run to completion. This, in turn, prevents the engine from starting.
Resolution
- The Oracle SQL scripts must be run in SQL Plus using the @ command as stated in the Installation Guide. Be sure to copy the scripts to a directory with a shorter path name than that of the default directory as Oracle will generate an error if the path name exceeds 79 characters. See the Installation Guide for more information, including the order in which the scripts need to be run.
