Issue
Starting with version 7.0, the Metastorm BPM Release Notes state the following:
Metastorm BPM now supports Windows' multi-monitor mode, where all monitors connected to a set of video cards form one desktop, so the mouse and applications can be moved to any monitor.
However, if the browser displaying the Metastorm main window is dragged to monitor 2, clicking on a folder will open it on monitor 1. Other similar behavior is also seen.
Resolution
- At this time multi-monitor support only applies to the Process Designer. Multi-monitor support for the web client is planned for a future release.
