Issue
- After running the Repair utility through Add or Remove Programs on the server hosting the e-Work Engine, a login screen is displayed even though Windows Single Sign-On (SSO) is configured.
Resolution
- Go to the following registry key: HKEY\_LOCAL\_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Metastorm\\e-work\\Engine. Reset the value of ActivateCallerID to 1.
