Extended ASCII Characters Removed When Connecting With HTTP

Issue

When HTTP is specified as the transport type between the web extensions and Engine in the file EngineServiceConfig.xml, extended ASCII characters do not appear in the browser.

For example, a form contains a text field, label, memo, etc. with the word détail. When HTTP is used, this is displayed as dtail. If DCOM is specified, the word is correctly displayed as détail.

Replace the existing copy of eMessageHandler.dll with the one that's attached. The default location for this file is :\\Program Files\\Metastorm e-Work\\Web6\\escripts.

Upgrade to Metastorm BPM version 7.
